This lightweight, cost effective butterfly valve is ideally suited for applications up to 10 Barg. The superior leaktight properties are achieved by using the proven 16 Barg rated 700G disc and seat within a lightweight body. The 773Z valve conforms to ISO5752 face-to-face dimensions and ISO5211 actuator mounting flange.
A wafer or lugged pattern, rubber seated butterfly valve. The seat is vulcanised to the valve body, and incorporates a modified cosine curve seat profile. This provides lower torque, reduced friction and improved flow characteristics, especially at the partially open position.
The vulcanised seat also ensures improved performance under high velocity and vacuum conditions.
